Hello, I'm Karen Rotchford.
I have been sewing since I was a little girl, altering, adapting and making clothes. In 1993 I formed Karen Rotchford Bridalwear to custom make 1 off bridal gowns. It was here that I gained my extensive and professional knowledge of the wedding industry. In 2002 I moved out of the retail arena and formed Karen Rotchford Bridal Alterations, to concentrate on what I did best, alterations.
My idea is simple, to provide a total quality service to both individual brides and bridal shops and I work tirelessly at this. My experience within the industry has not only given me the understanding of what each customer expects in terms of service and quality but also the knowledge of how dresses are made which is imperative when it comes to altering them perfectly.
